Scald the lemon and orange with hot water. Next, grate the peel? on a grater and put it aside. Boil milk in a pan, pour milk over two teaspoons of your favourite Inka (according to the instructions on the packaging). Pour the fresh lemon juice and fresh orange juice into another pan. Add the honey, sugar syrup and mineral water. Start heating over a low heat. Stir it all together very slowly and thoroughly for about four minutes. After this, pour the home-made syrup into your already prepared Inka. Stir softly with a teaspoon until the ingredients are joined. Put a large portion of whipped cream onto the coffee. Decorate with the grated lemon and orange peel.
